It split after about 7yrs/70k miles. I don't know how much fluid was left but usually reckon about 80k miles on a bag. It lets a bit into fuel tank at every fillup so fluid should last longer if you fill fairly empty fuel tank rather than keep topping up. My Cit franchise garage charged £150 to supply/fit replacement.

Empty the tank completely. The additive you put in with only a gallon of fuel is not combustible and won't run. Bleed the system, after replacing the filter and refill the tank with fresh fuel by cranking and open all injectors one at a time, starting with the one closest to the injector distribution pump, until you get clean fuel from each injector.

It's tucked right round the back of the engine - see picture (looking at the back of the engine) below. You need to remove the battery and tray, air filter inlet pipes - also move the fuel filter housing out the way. Yes they are all the same.
